Health and Human Services students learn to address a wide array of factors impacting health and well-being; biological, socioeconomic, psychosocial, behavioral, cultural or social issues, through majors like nursing, gerontology, criminal justice, communication disorders, dietetics, medical laboratory sciences, public health and social work.

Academic programs in the college provide students the knowledge and experience necessary to make a difference in enhancing people’s well-being and quality of life. Each of the programs meets or exceeds the standards set for the health and human services disciplines, including national accreditations for medical laboratory science, gerontology, dietetics, nutrition sciences, social work and speech-language pathology.
