You can join AOEC as an
Individual Member
.  Cost of membership is $100 per year, with discounts for retirees ($75 per year) and students ($50 per year).  To become an individual member, please

Clinic Member
, please download the application form, fill it out and then email the form to
aoec@aoec.org
. You may also mail the form to AOEC at the above address. Your form will be reviewed by the AOEC Board of Directors promptly. You will be contacted if the Board has any questions. Once your clinic receives Board approval, you will be asked for the membership fee. If you are approved for
full
membership, you will be given access to input your clinic information and will be added to AOEC’s website.
