If you are a mortgage company, creditor, or potential employer, you may submit your
request by fax or mail to ODNI.
ODNI does not provide verbal responses, nor itemize pay by overtime, bonuses, and
awards. ODNI will not provide pay information that includes employer information.

The Intelligence Community Inspector General

Privacy and Civil Liberties
The Office of Civil Liberties, Privacy and Transparency (CLPT) leads the integration
of civil liberties and privacy protections into the policies, procedures, programs
and activities of the Intelligence Community (IC). Its overarching goal is to ensure
that the IC operates within the full scope of its authorities in a manner that protects civil
liberties and privacy, provides appropriate transparency, and earns and retains the trust of
the American people.

Equal Employment Opportunity Complaints
The Office of Equal Employment Opportunity (OEEO)
is responsible for the overall management of the ODNI EEO Program, and
provides IC-wide guidance in developing, implementing, and measuring progress
in EEO.
The ODNI is committed to providing equal employment opportunity for all

The official website for the Intelligence Community Office of the Inspector General (IC OIG) Hotline provides a confidential means for Intelligence Community employees, detailees, contractors, and the public to report information concerning suspected fraud, waste, abuse, or mismanagement of programs and activities within the responsibility and authority of the Director of National Intelligence.
What to report to the IC OIG Hotline
Report to the Hotline if your allegation potentially involves:
Fraud, waste, abuse, or mismanagement of programs related to an Intelligence Community program or activity
Administrative misconduct
A criminal act
An unauthorized disclosure of classified or sensitive
national security information
An illegal intelligence activity

Reprisal against an employee for making a complaint or disclosing information to the IC OIG is prohibited. If you believe you have been subjected to reprisal due to a complaint or disclosure, contact the IC OIG. Protection from reprisal does not extend to an employee who makes a complaint or discloses information with knowledge that the complaint or information is false or with willful disregard for its truth or falsity.
