IMPORTANT NOTICE TO NEWLY ADMITTED STUDENTS (100 LEVEL, DIRECT ENTRY AND PART-TIME)
This is to inform all newly admitted students for the
2025|2026
session that clearance will begin on
Tuesday, 21 October 2025
.
They are to report to their Faculty, officers with the following documents.
i. Jamb Institutional admission letter
ii.a. Original and four(4) copies of the school certificate results(GCE & NECO)
b. Original and four (4) copies of JUPEB/ND/HND result
iii. Original and four (4) copies of evidence of payment, printed out from the portal and duly endorsed by the bursary.
iv. Four (4) copies of passport photographs with white background, showing the ears and foreheads.
v. Affidavit of good conduct duly endorsed in the Federal or State High court.
vi. Referee letters obtained from responsible members of the society, written on their official letter heads.
vii. Four (4) copies of Jamb result slip.
viii. Letter of undertaking from parents. Students will obtain a clearance certificate, which shall be used to register in the Library, University clinic and departments.
