Holistic Job-Oriented M.Tech. Courses by MSSU
Maharashtra State Skills University is a prestigious and unique institution that aims to develop highly skilled and employable youth. With the help of industry partnerships, it encourages the creation of new jobs and offers high-quality skill education, startups, incubation, employability, training, counselling, apprenticeship, on-the-job training, and placements. It also works to promote inclusive growth by helping students find jobs and providing advice on starting their own businesses. The university offers a variety of job-oriented 2-years M.Tech courses to help students hone their skills.
The program will consist of 60% on-the-job skill training and 40% classroom instruction. Students with a B.Tech or B.E. from an AICTE-recognized institute are eligible for several specialisations under the master's courses such as IoT & Industry 4.0, Cyber Security, Artificial Intelligence, Cloud Computing & Dev Ops. All available courses follow an industry-oriented curriculum.
The School of Engineering Technology and Science Skills offers M.Tech in Robotics, Mechatronics, Data Management, Construction Management Professional, and more.
M.Tech. IoT and Industry 4.0 Course
The program covers Python IoT programming, development platforms for IoT, communication protocols for IoT, IoT app creation, Internet of Things (IoT), and Industry 4.0 technologies and applications leading the transition to Industry 4.0.
M.Tech. Cloud Computing and DevOps Course
It includes networking and O.S. administration, cloud architecture, DevOps, designing automation framework for I.T. infrastructure with software tools, etc., and an internship in the fourth semester.
M.Tech. in Artificial Intelligence Course
The program includes Python programs, advanced excel, deep learning, big data, and statistics and mathematics for data science.
M.Tech. Cyber Security Course
Cyber laws, network security and cryptography, digital forensics, hacking and countermeasures, and other topics are covered. It provides preparation for globally relevant certifications.
M.Sc. Business Analytics Course
Data management, advanced Excel, digital and social media marketing, SEO tactics, I.T. business analysis, and other topics are covered.
BBA Courses in Retail Management
MSSU offers a three-year BBA in Retail Management course. Sales made directly to the wholesaler or business are part of the career-focused BBA retail course. The wholesaler or occasionally the manufacturer and the customer are connected by the retailer. Strategic decision-making is heavily influenced by retailers in the competitive environment of today.
Key marketing components used to strategically position a business include the 5 Ps of marketing: product, price, promotion, place, and people. The 5 P's of Marketing, also referred to as the marketing mix, are elements that managers and owners can influence in order to satisfy customers in their target market, enhance their company's value, and set their company apart from rivals.
The course addresses topics such as the operation of the retail industry and the difficulties the student will encounter in the corporate world. The BBA retail management program at Maharashtra State Skill University is entirely industry-based. It provides both theoretical knowledge and practical experience.
The BBA courses are designed for students who have passed Grade 12 in either stream. However, employees from other retail sectors can also apply for the course after receiving a letter of recommendation or NOC from their employer. The curriculum consists of four semesters and works on the latest industry trend.
The program inculcates several abilities into the students, including retail store operations, retail selling skills, retail merchandising, retail category management, retail customer service, CRM, retail MIS, cash and billing, and more.

About Persistent WINGS Certificate Course
With the aid of the Persistent WINGS program, women who are on a career break can relaunch their careers with confidence by gaining the managerial, leadership, and technical skills they need. The program developed in collaboration with Maharashtra State Skills University will assist thousands of women who want to restart their careers after a break from all over the state. Candidates will have the chance to be hired by Persistent after completing the program.
The institution offers two industry partnership certificate courses: WINGS Program by Persistent (.net) and WINGS Program by Persistent (Java).
WINGS Program By Persistent .Net Full Stack Development
The course is about RDBMS and NO-SQL databases for data management from one of our industry partners, Persistent Systems. The program delivers skills such as -
Utilising object-oriented concepts when creating C# applications
Using cutting-edge tools like Angular and React
Learning how to create responsive user interfaces.
You can learn how to use frameworks like ASP.Net MVC, ASP.Net Web API, and more to create enterprise-level web applications and services. The course teaches object-oriented design and object-oriented programming using C#, databases, SQL, SQL Server, MongoDB, ASP.Net MVC, ASP.Net Web API, HTML, JavaScript, Angular, React Js, and GIT.
WINGS Program By Persistent Java Full Stack Development
Java full stack development is a 4-month certificate course that helps you refine your RDBMS and NO-SQL database data management skills. It talks about using object-oriented concepts when creating Java enterprise applications. The course specializes in methods to build services using frameworks like Spring Boot and Java Spring. The course also includes on-the-job training, semester internships, and skill development.
The program facilitates the Academic Bank of Credits by Education Module for Diploma and Graduate Program. Some significant skills acquired by the students include object-oriented design, Java-based object-oriented programming, databases, SQL, the Spring framework, Spring Boot, HTML, JavaScript, Angular, React Js, GIT, Maven, and JUnit.
