Dr Khamis is an Assistant Professor at Pharos University, Alexandria since 2022. She got her PhD of Management from USM (Ranked 142 globally QS) in 2019, her Masters in 2006 and her Bachelor in 2004. Prior to joining Pharos University, she served as a Lecturer at the College of Business and Economics at QU, KSA (AACSB & NCAAA Accredited). Dr Khamis participated in various academic projects such as AACSB accreditation, curriculum development, strategic planning, and entrepreneurship. She has published in highly reputed journals indexed in ISI & SCOPUS. Her research interests focus on CSR, Sustainability, Entrepreneurship, Innovation, and SMEs.
