Agent Authority Form Procedure
Please find below a link to the up-to-date Procedure for the Agent Authority Form. The new procedure covers the new, secure online form via DocuSign which does not require the student to use any specific software other than their web browser to complete the form. Once the form details have been submitted, students are then emailed a completed form to electronically sign via DocuSign's website replacing the need for picture signatures.
