Northern Automotive Training Academy (NATA) Moves Into New Whitehills Training Facility | B&FC
Northern Automotive Training Academy Relocates to State-of-the-Art Facility
We are delighted to announce that B&FC’s Northern Automotive Training Academy's (NATA) new base at Whitehills Business Park is now open to the motor trade,
The Academy, which focuses on providing essential training and accreditation, has recently been fitted out with all the latest industry-standard equipment to give vehicle technicians, MOT testers and other industry specialists the very best learning environment.
The centre will be home to courses and accreditations covering a range of automotive services including MOT testing, EV/Hydrogen, Accident Repair and ADAS to name just a few.
Mick Bullock, B&FC’s Assistant Principal for Engineering, said: “This is a fantastic new modern facility and the move is part of the continued expansion planned across our curriculum area with a focus now on driving commercial business.”
“Whitehills is superbly located at the end of the M55 motorway in Blackpool and the site was chosen to give clients easy access to the facility. It will provide a dedicated base for delivering short one-to-five-day courses for customers from across the automotive industry. There’s also a Travelodge nearby, which makes it a really practical location for customers travelling from further afield.
“Back at Bispham, we will still be providing IMI-approved paint and panel training and accreditation in our dedicated workshop facility ensuring we can continue to offer the trade the full complement of programmes required to allow them to operate as authorised vehicle accident repair centres - critical to many of our commercial clients."
An official launch evening for employers and invited guests is planned for Wednesday 11 March.
