This spacious room with bright windows, located across from the atrium on the second floor, is available for campus and library department meetings free of charge. Requests should be submitted no less than 14 days in advance.
This room is not available for student organizations. The room may be booked, if available, to non-student groups for a single event. Bookings for series of meetings - such as classes, seminars, lecture series, job talks, etc. - will not be accepted. The Library reserves the right to cancel a booking if the room is needed by the Library. Reservations are for no more than 2 times in a single week and 3 hours max per session. The hours of availability are Monday-Friday, 8 a.m. to 5 p.m.
