Tuition Rates
2026-2027 Tuition

Credit - $580 per credit hour
DMin - $550 per credit hour
Non-Credit - $125 per hour
2026-2027 Fees (non-refundable)
General Services Fee (All Students) $100 per semester
Technology Fee (All Students) $100 per semester
Late Payment Fee - $50 per month (after Payment Due Date)
Late Registration Fee - $50 (after Registration Due Date)
Advanced Standing Fee - $75
DMin Project Extension Fee - Current rate of one DMin credit hour  (one semester)
ThM Project Extension Fee - Current rate of one ThM credit hour  (one semester)
Graduation Fee - $200 (Doctor of Ministry)
Graduation Fee - $175 (Masters and Graduate Diploma)
Transcript Fee - $15
CF599 Comp Exam Fee - $25 (MA in Counseling)
(Student responsible to pay remainder to testing company)
*CF528 Individual Counseling Experience - $600
(MA in Counseling - Fees for 12 counseling sessions are paid by the student directly to a licensed professional counselor.)
*Represents the minimal cost for CF528 counseling sessions.
Tuition Policies
Tuition Payment Deadline
: The balance owed must be paid in full by the 10th of each month the semester begins. Credit students may use the Tuition Installment Plan.
Spouse Tuition Policy (Partners in Ministry)
: Spouses of MDiv, MAC, MA (BTS), MAM, and Graduate Diploma students may enroll for credit courses and non-credit courses with no cost for tuition. Fees will apply, and the spouse's enrollment hours cannot exceed the number of hours taken by the primary student. Spouses must be accepted through the Application for Admission and then register for the class.
Alumni Tuition Policy
: Graduates of Phoenix Seminary may register for any course (with the exception of TH504 or DMin courses) as non-credit auditors with no charge for tuition.  Fees will apply.
Academic Excellence Scholarships
: Academic excellence scholarships are applied to a student’s net semester tuition balance after all other internal or external scholarships or grants have been applied.
Adding/Dropping Courses
Dropping a course or changing from credit to audit will not necessarily result in a refund. To determine if your financial balance may be impacted by a schedule change, please contact your Student Services Advisor (SSA).
Please note that courses dropped after the drop deadline without an approved academic petition to withdraw will be recorded as a WF (withdraw while failing).
