FEATURED CLUB
The Alabama Boxing Club gives students the chance to learn the fundamentals of boxing through structured workouts and hands-on training at the University Recreation Center.
Practices blend a 45-minute group workout with skill-based instruction covering punching techniques, footwork and movement. New members are paired with an experienced member or officer to learn the basics before jumping into full sessions. The club welcomes students of all experience levels, from first-time fighters to lifelong athletes.
