About Bradley Hospital
Emma Pendleton Bradley Hospital, known as Bradley Hospital, is the nation's first psychiatric hospital devoted exclusively to children and adolescents.
A Brown University Health partner and a teaching hospital for The Warren Alpert Medical School of Brown University, Bradley Hospital has established itself as the national center for training and research in child and adolescent psychiatry.
Bradley Hospital is a private, not-for-profit hospital. Its subsidiary, Brown University Health School Solutions, is the parent corporation of the Bradley Schools and provides services to other programs as well. They provide special education oversight, clinical coordination, technical assistance and administrative support to the schools.

Bradley Hospital's goal is to provide a range of family-centered, high quality mental health care services to infants, children, adolescents and young adults with emotional disorders and/or developmental disabilities.

Certifications
Bradley Hospital is licensed by the Rhode Island Department of Health and the Department of Behavioral Healthcare, Developmental Disabilities and Hospitals as an acute care hospital. Bradley School, operated by Brown University Health School Solutions, is certified by the Rhode Island Department of Education as a special education school.
Bradley Hospital's residential facilities are licensed by the Department of Children, Youth and Families.
Bradley Hospital is accredited by the Joint Commission on Accreditation of Healthcare Organizations.
