The Jeanne Clery Disclosure of Campus Security Policy and Campus Crime Statistics Act (Clery Act) is a federal law that requires colleges and Universities to disclose information about crime on and around their campuses. Each year CIIS files a report with the United States Department of Education stating the incidences of crime on campus. Any false, erroneous or misleading statements regarding our educational programs, the nature of our financial charges or employability of our graduates have serious consequences in the form of fines, limitations, suspension or termination of Title IV programs. Please contact the president of CIIS if an alleged violation occurs.
Anyone may
file a complaint

Bureau for Private Postsecondary Education
if they believe CIIS has violated the laws governing the institution's operation.
