"Bell Prep gave my son the chance to meet some of the incoming Freshmen in his 2029 class. I appreciated the extra time for him to go through his Surface laptop and show how to create documents, make a calendar invite and send an email. Now that school has started, these are skills that are definitely needed."

Access No-Cost Summer Enrichment with BUILD
The BUILD program is a summer and after-school initiative for high-achieving, low-income 6th and 7th grade boys from Silicon Valley who aspire to be the first in their families to go to college.
Held on the Bellarmine campus, BUILD introduces students to the college preparatory high school environment. Participants attend summer school at Bellarmine and continue with an after-school mentorship program during the academic year. Through challenging coursework and guidance from Bellarmine student mentors, they gain the skills and confidence they need to succeed in high school.
BUILD is fully scholarship-based. There is no cost to families who qualify.
Interested students and families can apply online through Ravenna. For questions or more information, email cjimenez@bcp.org.

Academic courses run 3–6 weeks, are typically credit-bearing, and follow a more rigorous curriculum. Many are
UC-approved
and can count for
one or two semesters of high school credit.
Examples include Algebra 2 and Accelerated Chemistry.
Enrichment courses are shorter, non-credit classes that focus on exploration, creativity, and skill-building. These include hands-on experiences like Intro to
Guitar, Improv, or STEAM camps,
and often support academic growth in engaging, project-based ways.
Some weeks during the summer session are shorter than others, so we pro-rate the pricing of all one-week camps. A 4-day camp costs 4/5ths the full 5-day pricing. Meal plans are also pro-rated for shorter camps.
No, Bellarmine Summer Programs does not offer a wait list for courses.
We do not run shuttles to the CalTrain station during the summer.
