Greetings! AIIAS Seminary warmly invites you to the
29th AIIAS Annual Theological Forum
themed,
“United in the Word in a Multi-Cultural Setting
to be held on
November 11-13, 2026
This forum seeks to explore the unifying power of the Scripture within diverse cultural settings, highlighting how the Word of God speaks across boundaries of language, ethnicity, and tradition while fostering unity in faith and mission. We would be honored by your participation in this significant academic and spiritual gathering.
CALL FOR PAPERS
We are pleased to invite scholars, pastors, researchers, and students to submit papers for the upcoming Theological Forum 2026. This forum seeks to explore the unifying power of the Scripture within diverse cultural settings, highlighting how the Word of God speaks across boundaries of language, ethnicity, and tradition while fostering unity in faith and mission.
We welcome submissions from the perspectives of biblical, historical, theological, missiological, practical, and related disciplines that engage the theme in meaningful ways.
Submission Guidelines:
Proposals should be written in English and must not exceed 300 words.
AIIAS Theological Seminary affirms a high view of the Scripture. Proposals should reflect this perspective.
Include in the proposal the paper title, the author’s name, institutional affiliation, and contact information.
Submission of a proposal does not guarantee acceptance.
Accepted papers will be presented during the forum and considered for publication in the Journal of Adventist Asia Studies (JAAS).

Notice of Acceptance
The Seminary Forum Committee will review all submitted proposals, and authors of accepted abstracts will be notified via email
on or before August 24, 2026
. Once an abstract is accepted, presenters will need to
complete the forum registration
to secure a presentation slot.

About the AIIAS Theological Forum
AIIAS Forum is an academic platform for pastors, theologians, elders, and anyone interested in theology. This is a program which encourages participants to exchange their ideas and experiences, and a bridge for them to make friends and foster cooperation.
The forum has grown from a training platform for Seminary students’ research presentation into a global community that tackles current issues in the areas of applied theology, biblical studies, and theological-historical studies. In recent years, the forum has adopted official statements that have shaped the direction of the Seventh-day Adventist church both in research and in practice.
Participants have enjoyed the fellowship and networking experience through this forum. Despite the circumstances, there is no holding back from yet another exciting forum this year on a crucial theme featuring an amazing lineup of speakers.
