Mission, Strategic Plan and Annual Reports
The Strategic Plan 2026-2030,
Ad Proximum Saeculum, Towards the Next Century,
is the result of extensive reflection and consultation with our community, informed by surveys, direct discussions, and feedback from students, parents, Old Boys, and staff throughout 2025. The Plan outlines what it means to be part of our College community and identifies our priorities through the end of 2025.
As a Catholic School in the Edmund Rice tradition, our foundation rests on the four
touchstones

Inclusive Community
Justice and Solidarity
Our Mission and Vision for our students, the reason we come together as a community and what we are working together to achieve, springs from these foundations.
Inspired by the Gospel and Edmund Rice, St Patrick’s College liberates the whole person and educates for resilient, spirited and inclusive men who are challenged to create a better world for all.
Between 2026 and 2030, our objectives, implementation planning, success indicators, reporting and accountability frameworks will be built around six Priorities:
Enrich Faith Formation

A school where we foster an environment where values and faith guide our actions. By investing in personal, professional and spiritual growth, we create opportunities for both staff and students to lead with purpose and build connections that extend beyond our community.
Optimise Liberating Learning Experiences
–
we foster critical and creative thinking, academic tenacity, and digital fluency, empowering our students to embrace innovation and develop the skills needed to thrive in a rapidly evolving world.
A Culture of Care
– We commit to protecting and nurturing everyone by creating a safe and positive school environment, so that everyone feels connected and has a voice
Excellence in Teaching
– We empower our educators to grow through innovative practices while supporting their well-being so they can thrive personally and professionally.
Nurture and Strengthen our College Community
– We build a vibrant, interconnected community where collaboration, belonging, and leadership thrive.
Remain a Contemporary and Well-Governed Organisation
– We uphold contemporary, high‑quality governance that reflects our commitment to good stewardship, enhancing operational efficiency and fostering dynamic physical and digital environments that serve our community responsibly and sustainably.
