Submit Your Deposit Today!
Are you ready to join NC Wesleyan University? Then don’t delay – submit your deposit and seize the moment and change your world by committing to NCWU! Once you do, you will be able to register for
new student orientation
and unlock access to other important next steps.
Our $200 enrollment deposit will secure your spot in the incoming class. Submit all necessary tuition and housing deposits by
August 1
to ensure your seat in the class and confirm your scholarship. You can do this by phone, mail or online. Call NCWU Admissions at 252.985.5200 or 800.488.6292.
Deposits will be accepted beyond this deadline, space permitting. Please reach out to the Admissions Office if you will require additional time.
Please follow these steps to submit your deposit(s).
Go to our secure payment site
CASHNet Payment Platforms.
You can pay as a guest OR set up an account to use going forward. Be sure to have your Student ID number handy, which can be found on your acceptance letter. You will need this in order to complete your deposit.
Once you find your payment type, click its Select Deposit button. Make your $200 deposit.
Please note that all deposits made after May 1 are non-refundable.
NCWU accepts cash, checks and money orders. All credit card payments (Visa, Mastercard, Discover and American Express) can be made using CASHNet. Refer to our

Online Payments
North Carolina Wesleyan University offers online bill pay via
CASHNet Payment Platforms.
NCWU accepts cash, checks and money orders. All credit card payments (Visa, Mastercard, Discover and American Express) can be made using CASHNet.
Instructions for Paying Online through CASHNet
CASHNet provides for three methods of online payment:
Credit Card
– If you choose to pay by credit card, you will be charged a 2.85% convenience fee on all transactions. International cards will be charged a 4.25% convenience fee. This fee is imposed and retained by CASHNet and is NOT refundable.
Electronic Check (E-Check)
– You can elect to have your payment electronically debited from your checking or savings account. There is NO FEE for this method of online payment.
Foreign Currency
– Western Union provides a reliable way to pay in your home currency online or by bank transfer with competitive exchange rates.
Payments by Mail
All checks should be made payable to North Carolina Wesleyan University (NCWU).  Please include the student’s name and student’s ID number on all payments.
