Student village
The student village
The student village comprises 38 houses. Located on the west side of our campus, it is very handy for all our study, social and sport facilities. This is a quiet area with adjoining green spaces and is particularly popular with returning, top-up and postgraduate students.

Key features
Five and four bed houses, all with shared kitchen-diner. Houses 1-12 (rooms A, B, C, D, E, F), Houses 13-21 (rooms B, C, D, E, Houses 22 & 23 (rooms C, D, E), Houses 24-38 (rooms A, C, D, E). B rooms & F rooms are classed as small
Each house is occupied by a group of mixed gender residents
Two shower rooms with WC and hand basin per house and all bedrooms have a hand basin and vanity unit with mirror
Two bedrooms with purpose-built en suite wet rooms for students with impaired mobility
Prices
Standard rooms including accessible rooms are £134 per week
Smaller rooms (B & F Rooms) are £121 per week
Contracts are 45 weeks per year from 30th August to 10th July (includes Christmas and Easter breaks)
