Alumni Update
Woodbury University now has a strong alumni representation in Saudi Arabia! Started as a Whatsapp group by Abdullah Alzahrani (BBA MRKT, 2019), the group quickly grew to 148 members, largely through the assistance of Abdulraouf Albaijan (BBA MGMT, 2014; MBA 2016), who also served as the spokesperson for the Saudi student organization while a Woodbury student. Aldulraouf took the lead in bringing the current group together in a physical gathering. The members enjoy the opportunity to meet their fellow Woodbury University alumni from different years and different majors. They are enthusiastic about this networking opportunity, with several driving multiple hours or even catching airplanes to attend the gathering. The first meeting yielded a team of 33 participants, and the intention is to make the gatherings recurrent with the next one scheduled for November 2026.

Degree & Enrollment Verification
Degree Verification
The National Student Clearinghouse is our authorized agent for providing degree or enrollment verifications for graduates or alumni of the university.
Employers or background screening firms who need to request this information please visit the Degree Verify website.
Degree Verify
Enrollment Verification
The University Registrar’s Office is responsible for certifying student enrollment. The university registrar maintains both past and present student records but cannot verify future enrollment. Students are not considered Woodbury University students unless they are currently enrolled at Woodbury.
Students can request enrollment verifications in person by coming to the Registrar’s Office in Miller Hall. Certification letters are usually prepared within three business days.
If the enrollment verification requires the completion of a form where grade-point average information is required, your request
must
include your signed release.
*Note:
We will officially certify your enrollment only for the term(s) in which you are actually enrolled. Enrollments for a future term are processed after the first day of the new term. We only indicate “anticipated” enrollment for future terms if a verification needs to be sent prior to the start of a term.
There is no fee for this service.
Diplomas
Diplomas will be issued to students upon completion of their degree requirements (December, May, or August). The diploma will show the student’s official or legal name as it appears on the degree application unless changed in writing by the student prior to the graduation date for that student.
Woodbury’s longstanding policy is to have only one diploma extant. A replacement diploma in the name of the student as it appeared at the original time of issue will be provided upon written request of the student, return of the damaged diploma, if possible, and payment for materials and printing (replacement fees are currently $50.00). The replacement will be provided in the current format and with current signatures. Requests for a replacement diploma must include a daytime mailing address since a delivery receipt signature is required.
If a student’s name has been legally changed by court order, or gender change, a new diploma may be issued upon written request, including legal proof of the change, payment of the fee, and return of the original diploma.
