Online Appointments and Repeat Prescriptions
We now have a new online service called
Patient Services
. This service allows patients aged 16 or over to book and cancel GP appointments at the Camphill Medical Practice and order repeat prescriptions via the internet.
How to register for online services
For patient confidentiality and security reasons you must first register your interest in the service with us. Please follow these steps to register.
Email
gram.camphillclinical@nhs.scot
and request a registration form for online services. We will supply you with a registration form by email.
Complete the registration form, scan it and return it to us with an up to date contact telephone number.
We will contact you by telephone to arrange a video call to verify your ID and then activate your registration.
Please note that each family member requires an individual log in and password therefore a separate registration. This service is only available for patients aged 16 or over.
What happens next?
Once we have accepted your registration request, we will email you the information you require to complete the registration process online and create your patient account. This information will comprise of:
our registration website address
our practice ID
your patient ID
your registration token
registration instructions
Once you have registered, you will be able to book, view and cancel GP appointments online or order repeat prescriptions from any computer by going to
www.patient-services.co.uk/
