Hardin-Simmons offers a variety of summer camps to help students learn athletic skills, improve music skills, and provide challenge and enrichment for students who are advanced and gifted learners.

Speech Camp
Each summer, Hardin-Simmons University’s
Communication Sciences and Disorders
department hosts Speech Camp, providing communication skill development for 75-100 elementary students from the Big Country.  The camp also gives HSU students who are studying to become speech-language therapists, hands-on clinical experience. Participation is coordinated through local school speech-language therapists, and space is limited. For more information, please have them contact Professor Saterbak, the head of the CSD department.
