FAQs
General
How much is admission and what does it include?
General admission includes access to all exhibits, Discovery Bands, and pop-up programming. Please visit our
tickets page
for the most up-to-date pricing information. Tickets and non-refundable and non-exchangeable.
How do I purchase tickets?
You can
purchase your advanced tickets online
Limited walk up tickets are available but not guaranteed. We strongly recommend that all guests, including members, reserve tickets in advance of their visit. With the excitement of our grand opening, we’ve introduced timed ticketing for La Nube entry. This system allows guests to reserve tickets for specific time slots, securing a spot, and avoiding long admission lines. After the entry time on your ticket, you have a one-hour window to enter.
Visiting from a fellow ASTC museum?
We’re so excited to welcome you to La Nube!
As a brand-new venue with limited capacity, we currently offer
1 FREE adult admission per ASTC member household
, regardless of your home museum’s membership level.
Note: Standard admission rates apply for additional guests.
How does timed entry work?
La Nube will operate with hourly, timed-entry tickets to manage visitor capacity.
When you purchase tickets, you will be prompted to select the day of your visit in addition to an entry time. The last entry time is one hour before we close. Please arrive within the hour of your reserved entry time. For example, if you purchase tickets for the 10:00 am entry time, we ask that you arrive between 10:00 and 11:00 am. You are welcome to explore La Nube for as long as you wish until La Nube closes.
To view hours of operation,
Does La Nube require a waiver?
Yes. For the safety of our visitors and staff, a waiver is required at the time of ticket reservation.
Can I exit and return during my visit?
Guests will receive a Discovery Band upon check-in and are required to wear it at all times while in the building. Your admission ticket to La Nube grants you access to the exhibits all day. As long as you are wearing your Discovery Band, you may use it for same-day re-entry. Discovery Bands must remain intact and are not valid after removal.

While these two exhibits foster early childhood development and imagination, all nine exhibit zones at La Nube invite little explorers to join the fun.

We encourage parents to feed their children wherever they feel most comfortable. We have two nursing rooms located on Floor 3 in the hallway near the entrance to Desert Bloom.
Is stroller parking available?
Stroller parking is located on Floor 3 outside Desert Bloom. Please fold your stroller to provide space for as many families as possible. Families may also take strollers into the exhibits as long as major pathways remain clear. La Nube is not responsible for lost or stolen items.

Can extra adults or siblings join last-minute?
Additional adults or siblings can’t be added to the group on the day of the visit, but they’re welcome to purchase general admission tickets at the door (based on availability). They’ll enter with the public at 10:00 AM, and won’t be included in early access or your group’s scheduled lunch time.
