Arrive on time by giving yourself enough time for parking or travel.

Just call us at 855-367-6242 if you need to cancel or reschedule.
Running Late or Can’t Make It?
Please let us know at least 2 hours in advance so we can offer your spot to another patient in need.
In-Person Appointments
Parking Tips:
Some of our locations have limited parking, so give yourself extra time to find a spot.
Check-In Early:
Arrive 15 minutes before your appointment to allow time for check-in.
Service Dogs Welcome
: Feel free to bring your service dog, but please note that emotional support animals are not permitted.
