Visiting
We recognize the importance of support from family, loved ones, and friends in your recovery. The following visitor guidelines are effective January 8, 2026.
What you need to know before you visit:
Visiting hours:
12:00 pm – 8:00 pm daily
Pediatric Unit allows for parents/guardians to visit at any time
Autism and Neurobehavioral Units visitation will continue to follow unit-specific protocol
Up to two visitors allowed at a time
Visitors between the ages of 5 and 15 must be accompanied by a supervising adult
Safety is our first priority – we will suspend your visit in progress if you are not able to comply with all safety guidelines
What to expect during your visit:
Visitors are required to wear a mask in all clinical areas of the hospital, including inpatient units, exam rooms, therapy rooms, and outpatient waiting areas.
Masks are available at the main lobby desk.
Designated patients may wear a mask if it can be safely tolerated. Patients with this designation will have an order placed for “Mask Only” precautions and signage will be placed on their room entrance.
Visitors may perform approved patient care
only if they have received appropriate training
from the unit staff and the training has been documented.
You may be asked to step out or return at another time if the patient requires prolonged care during your visit
You may not visit other patients or other areas of the unit or hospital
Food
A full-service cafeteria is available to visitors and staff Monday – Friday, 11:00 am – 1:30 pm. Offerings include hot entrees, grilled items, sandwiches, salads, desserts, and beverages. Coffee and soda vending machines are located near the cafeteria. Microwaves to heat food items are available in the main dining room. The Kitchen of Futures Inc. coffee shop is open Monday-Friday 7:00 am – 3:30 pm. Saturday 9:00 am – 3:00 pm.
The Avanti Market, a self-service food option available 24/7, is located in the main hospital dining area. This micro-market carries a wide variety of food, beverage, and snack items. In order to gain access to the Avanti Market, please dial “0” on the phone located next to the entry and request access from our Security Department. Directions for scanning the item and swiping to pay are available inside the market. Please note, the Avanti Market accepts Credit/Debit, Android, and Apple Pay only, NO CASH.
Depending on your diet, you may or may not be permitted to bring in food from outside the hospital for your loved one to eat. Ask a unit nurse for dietary restrictions prior to bringing food or snacks for your loved one.

Our campus is smoke and tobacco-free; vapor products and electronic cigarettes are also prohibited

The 23-bed satellite unit provides additional treatment and services for patients requiring 24-hour nursing care and/or rehabilitative services for their medically-complex conditions and health needs.
