Anti-Bribery Policy
The purpose of the IDI Anti-Bribery Policy is to ensure all operations take place in an honest and ethical manner and ensure the implementation of a zero-tolerance approach to bribery and an insistence on the highest standards of integrity.

The purpose of the IDI Anti-Fraud and Anti-Corruption Policy is to minimise fraud through a series of measures, including clear policies and processes, regular internal and external audits and training for all staff

Code of Conduct
The purpose of the IDI Code of Conduct is to establish a common understanding of the standards of behaviour required by IDI. IDI’s position on IDI’s Code of Conduct is binding on all staff, including global positions and national roles, full and part-time staff, interns, contractors, suppliers, consultants, volunteers, and directors.

The aim of the IDI Procurement Policy is to govern the planning, sourcing and delivery of supplies, services and works (i.e. products) that provide good value and accountability to those we serve, through effective and timely procurement planning and processes which are proportionate, transparent and fair and in compliance with donor rules and applicable laws.

Protection from Sexual Exploitation and Abuse (PSEA) Statement of Commitment
The PSEA Statement of Commitment is concerned with the Protection from Sexual Exploitation and Abuse (PSEA) of adults (anyone over the age of 18), and children (anyone below the age of 18). This includes direct or indirect participants of IDI’s programmatic activities, adults in the wider communities in which it works and those who come into contact with IDI or its representatives.

The purpose of this policy document is to describe procedures and guidance for protecting the rights and welfare of people enrolled in research conducted by or under the direction of IDI.

Research Misconduct Policy
Research is central to IDI’s work and essential to improving health and health care delivery. IDI conducts research in a range of locations, transmission settings and health systems to develop and test new approaches and products, and learn from and improve our projects and programmes. Maintaining high standards of research ethics and code of conduct is critical to generate quality information for decision-making.
