It is a part of Indian Red Cross.Young volunteers can make a significant contribution to meet the needs of the most vulnerable people within their local communities through Youth Red Cross programme.
VISION
To inspire, encourage, facilitate and promote at all times all forms of humanitarian activities by National Societies, with a view to prevent and alleviate human suffering, and thereby contribute to the maintenance and promotion of human dignity and peace in the world.
MISSION
To inspire, encourage and initiate at all times all forms of humanitarian activities so that human suffering can be minimized and even prevented and thus contribute to create more congenial climate for peace.

In our college, YRC was established in the year 1997.
OBJECTIVES OF YRC
To encourage the students to extend their humanitarian services to the society.
To offer First Aid Training to all the YRC volunteers.
