1. Parking Penalty Text Scam
Scammers are sending fake SMS messages about unpaid Penalty Charge Notices (PCNs) to steal money.

Important Information:
We
never
contact customers via SMS for unpaid PCNs unless the debt has been passed to an enforcement agent.
Legitimate enforcement agents will
identify themselves
and provide a
contact phone number
.
We will never include a payment link in any SMS message.
2. Car Park Machine QR Code Scam
Fraudsters are placing bogus QR codes on parking machines to trick customers into making payments.

Important Information:
We
do not use QR codes
for paid parking in any of our car parks or on-street bays.
Always download parking apps
directly from official app stores
, not via QR codes.

3. Fake Parking Officers
Scammers are impersonating enforcement or parking officers.
