Infants, Toddlers and Families Waiver
The Infants, Toddlers and Families (ITF) Waiver provides home and community-based services, specifically special instruction to infants and toddlers, birth to age 3 who are experiencing developmental delay(s) as evidenced by a minimum of a 50 percent delay in one or a 33 percent delay in two developmental areas, and who need
Early Intervention services.

Income limit 300 percent Federal Benefit Rate
Functional Eligibility
Birth to age 3
Experiencing a developmental delay
Eligible for ICF/ORC (Intermediate Care Facility for Persons with other Related Conditions) level of care

Chapter § 4226.54
