When you are notified your holds are available, call us (

open hours
and we will bring your holds out to you. It may take up to 15 minutes for processing, so you may wish to call ahead, and then again when you arrive.

Make Sure Your Holds Are Ready
Please be sure your holds are ready before coming to check them out. You can wait for us to notify you (if you are signed up for email, text, or phone notifications) or check your account. When your holds are ready, you can pickup your holds.
