We are seeking
Priest Formators
to prepare tomorrow's parish priests
This is a position in which the formator accompanies and advises the seminarian through all dimensions of his priestly formation. The formator is the principal person who assists the seminarian in the integration of the four dimensions of priestly formation, with particular emphasis on the human dimension. This will demand that the formator possess the human, spiritual, pastoral and professional abilities that such a ministry requires.  As their academic and pastoral backgrounds suggest, some formators also serve as professors and practica moderators.
The potential formator must have the permission of his diocesan bishop or religious superior and should be ordained for no fewer than 15 years.
