Notice of Public Rights Under Title VI – Section 5310 Grantee
Northeastern Center, Inc. operates its programs and services without regard to race, color, religion, sex, sexual orientation, gender identity, or national origin in accordance with Title VII of The Civil Rights Act. Any person who believes they have been aggrieved by any unlawful discriminatory practice under Title VI may file a complaint with the Section 5310 grantee.

As a community mental health center, Northeastern Center provides comprehensive mental health services, including outpatient therapy and medication management, substance use treatment, adult residential homes, inpatient services, 24/7 crisis services and more. With 12 locations across DeKalb, LaGrange, Noble and Steuben counties, it has served northeast Indiana since 1977.
