GBV Prevention
There is a need for a continuous concerted effort to create awareness in society about GBV and its impact on families and communities. Education will have positive spinoffs in building our communities, contributing to moral regeneration. This can be achieved through high-impact dialogues within the University of Fort Hare community that will have ripple effects on other communities.
In addition to campaigns, the University would like to strengthen student security by training students in self-defense and providing state-of-the-art security technology.
