Business visitors
We have a small number of bays dedicated to visitor parking where spaces are pre-booked for parking. These are for visitors who are visiting the campus for business that will assist the University directly to operate effectively as an academic institution.
Contractors working at the University on a regular basis (more than 4 times a month or 12 times a year) may be eligible to have a permit to park depending on agreements and can only be obtained from the
Transport Team
by the member of staff managing the contract on behalf of the University.
University of Kent staff members use the
Business visitor permit
request process to apply for parking for your business or event visitor.
University of Kent partner organisations, please complete the
business visitor/ event parking form
, providing full details of the parking required. The Transport Team will then review and respond to your request.
Conferences and events
For B&B guests
and some conferences and events parking may be available. Please check our
