Bursar's Office
The Bursar’s Office manages tuition and fee billing and the subsequent collection
of payments for all students enrolled at PCOM, PCOM Georgia and PCOM South Georgia.
Our office distributes financial aid credit balance refunds for all students. The
collection of Perkins Loans, Alumni Loans, Primary Care Loans and Loans for Disadvantaged
Students is managed by the Bursar’s Office. PCOM's third party loan servicing company,
Heartland ECSI
, services these loans.

Please note that the Bursar's Office is physically located on the Philadelphia campus
only.
We encourage students to use the online payment portal to submit payment for their
