Suryawanshi, Director, NIT Hamirpur (HP), congratulated Ms. Ridhi Sharma, Dr. Priya Kaushal, and Dr. Gargi Khanna from the Department of Electronics and Communication Engineering, NIT Hamirpur, for receiving the Best Paper Award for their paper titled: “Interface Trap Charge Effects in Si-Doped MoS₂ TFETs: Performance and Robustness Analysis”, presented at the 68th Annual IETE Convention on “Innovative Digital Technologies & Applications for Sustainable Society Development (ITDASSD 2025)”.

Suryawanshi, Director, NIT Hamirpur (HP), congratulated Mr. Arihant Raj Siddarth, Dr. Priya Kaushal, and Dr. Gargi Khanna from the Department of Electronics and Communication Engineering, NIT Hamirpur, for being granted U.S. Patent No. US12356670B1, titled: “High Mobility Transistor with AlGaN Buffer Layer.”
