Interior demolition requires asbestos testing and a completed demolition permit application. If asbestos-containing materials are present in the areas of demolition, a copy of the approved State of Colorado permit and a clearance report will be required prior to the issuance of the demolition permit.
Entire structure demolition requires an asbestos report and sign-off approvals from all the entities/departments listed on the application. All sign-offs must be completed, and utilities disconnected prior to application submittal.

When a monument/freestanding sign exceeds 6’ in height above finished grade, and when any new sign is being proposed on the right-of-way, whether it’s a projecting sign or an awning. Please note that any new signs being proposed on the right-of-way will also require a UOPP (use of public place) permit.
