International Requirements
To apply as an international student you must submit evidence of graduation from an approved, accredited, or commissioned high school or attended a U.S. college/university.
1.GPA Requirements:
A high school GPA of 2.5 or higher.
A high school GPA of 2.0 – 2.49 AND an SAT score greater than 960 or an ACT score of 18 or greater.
Six (6) or more credit hours of college-level coursework completed post high school at an accredited institution with a GPA of 2.0 or higher.
2. English Proficiency Requirements:
OCU requires all international undergraduate applicants to demonstrate English proficiency.  Applicants who do not meet this requirement within the last two (2) years may be required to submit additional proof of English proficiency.
Your Enrollment Counselor will ask you to provide this information if it is required.
Holding citizenship from or completing at least three (3) full years of secondary school in a predominately English-speaking country.
Submitting acceptable results for one of the accepted English proficiency tests.

Deadlines:
To ensure you are able to start in your chosen semester all application materials must be received before the following dates:
Fall semester: June 1
Spring semester: October 15
We will make every attempt after these dates to ensure you start in your chosen semester.
Submit Application Materials
This may include:
1.High school/college transcript(s).
Unofficial transcripts will be accepted to review your application for acceptance.
Only official transcripts will be reviewed for transfer credit evaluation by the registrar’s office.  A final official transcript must be received before you are registered for classes.

Create an InCred profile
and complete required steps on behalf of OCU.

Other materials that will be collected by your Enrollment Counselor:
An affidavit of financial support.
An original current bank statement.
A copy of your Passport/Visa.
Obtaining an I-20
After being accepted, your I-20 will be issued.  Once you receive your I-20 you will need to pay a one-time SEVIS fee at least three (3) days before going to the U.S. Embassy or Consulate to apply for an F-1 VISA.  The Consular Officer will review your application, confirm that the SEVIS fee has been paid, and run a required security check.
International Graduate Admissions Requirements
To apply as an international graduate student you must meet the following requirements:
Completed an undergraduate or master’s program within in the United States.
Potential programs cannot be a fully online program.
The student must provide all original transcripts requested. All transcripts that are not in English must be evaluated by a professional company and converted to a 4.0 grading system.
The student must provide the requested financial support documentation.
The student must have a current legal status with an I-20 from a previous school.
Students are responsible for their own housing and transportation unless housing becomes available on campus.
