Methodist Fremont offers a variety of free educational opportunities to address your questions about pregnancy, childbirth, parenting, taking care of your baby and more. We are committed to helping families transition to the next phase with confidence.
Belly Bump to Bassinet (Two Evening Course)
This two-evening course helps you and your partner prepare for the birth of your baby by techniques for labor, the importance of birthing partners and learning how to care for a newborn. This class helps educate you to make informed decisions to define your birth experience. Cost: Free

This course helps you and your partner prepare for the birth of your baby by techniques for labor, the importance of birthing partners and learning how to care for a newborn. This class helps educate you to make informed decisions to define your birth experience. This class includes “Breastfeeding Basics.” Cost: Free
Breastfeeding Basics
Learn the benefits of breastfeeding and helpful tips to begin breastfeeding successfully.  Your partner or support person is encouraged to attend this one-evening class with you. Cost: Free
All classes are free of charge, but advance registration is required. We recommend that you schedule your classes a month prior to your due date.
