Charitable IRA Rollover
For age 72 or older, you may give a qualified charitable distribution (QCD) up to $100,000 per year to a nonprofit organization of your choice. While everyone’s tax situation is unique, participating in QCDs may reduce future Medicare B premiums and be excluded from your taxable income if arrangements are made prior to December 31 of the calendar year. Please review QCDs with a tax advisor to determine if this is right for you.
