Directorate of Personnel Services
The Directorate of Personnel Services at Madonna University, Nigeria, is a key administrative arm responsible for managing the university’s human resources. It ensures the effective recruitment, development, welfare and performance management of academic and non-academic staff in alignment with the university’s mission of excellence in education, research, and service. Core functions and activities include recruitment and staffing, personnel records management, staff development and training, and performance appraisal and promotions. The Directorate also coordinates employee welfare and employee support activities, policy implementation and compliance, retirement and exit management, and generally provides guidance to university management on human resource planning, organizational development, and all staff-related matters. Through its strategic human resource functions, the Directorate of Personnel Services supports the growth, discipline and efficiency of Madonna University’s workforce, contributing to the institution’s overall performance and development.
