A non-profit organization founded in 1976, the Fremont Health Foundation is committed to making a lasting impact on the lives of patients, residents and their families. The Foundation’s mission is “to develop relationships and resources to advance patient care and clinical excellence at Methodist Fremont Health."

Jennie Edmundson Foundation believes in the power of philanthropy to save lives. The Foundation’s mission is to "build a bridge between the community and the hospital to enhance the resources that support Methodist Jennie Edmundson Hospital in meeting the health care needs of our community."
