Gifts in Memory & Honor
Celebrate your friends and family with gifts that support Yosemite. Honor a loved one’s memory with a commemorative gift to memorialize their love of the park and preserves it for future generations.

We will send a note to the family of your loved one to inform them of your thoughtful contribution.

Donate in honor of a park fan in your life to celebrate a birthday, anniversary or other special occasion, or simply to express your shared love of Yosemite.
Once you make your gift, we’ll let the recipient know, and will share how the donation is making a difference in the park.

Sponsor a Bear-proof Food Locker
With your gift of $10,000 or more, you or your loved one can be recognized on a Yosemite National Park bear-proof locker. Bear-proof locker sponsorship helps the Conservancy provide for a wide variety of projects and programs, including work to keep bears wild.

How will my donation be recognized?
Gifts are acknowledged with a note or email to a family member (memorial gifts) or the honoree (honor gifts), as requested.
Memorial and Honor gifts of $25 or more are recognized in the Honor Register at the Yosemite Exploration Center (formerly the Valley Visitor Center)
in the following year.
Memorial gifts totaling $2,500 or more in a calendar year are recognized on the Honor Wall at the Yosemite Exploration Center (formerly the Valley Visitor Center)
in the following year.
A calendar year gift of $10,000 or more may be recognized on a bear-proof food locker; recognition request must be made at the time your contribution is received.
