In advance
If you pay your accommodation fees before your contract start date, you will be eligible for a 2% discount. Please note, to be eligible for the 2% discount, your tenancy must be for 40 weeks or more.
This discount applies to your accommodation fees only and not for any additional charges, such as parking. Your contract will contain details of the discounted amount payable, and the date the payment needs to be made.
If you choose this payment option, you will not receive an invoice for your accommodation fees and must pay the discounted fee in full. If you do not pay this before your contract start date, you will lose the 2% discount and will be invoiced in line with our termly billing periods.

Termly instalments
If you have a contract for the full academic year, you can pay your accommodation fees in termly instalments. These are calculated using the number of nights in the termly billing period and collected on the dates below.
Our preferred payment method for termly instalment is via

Monthly instalments
If you have a contract for 50 days or more, you may be able to pay your accommodation fees in monthly instalments. These are calculated by taking your total rent, and dividing it into equal instalments depending on your contract length.
We only accept
Direct Debit
for our monthly instalment option.
