The flat surface parking areas to the East and West of the medical center are for use by patients and vendors.
Patients and visitors of Dunklau Gardens are encouraged to park in the lot to the NW of the facility.

Gift Shop
Methodist Fremont Health’s gift shop, The Look Nook, is located in the main lobby on the first floor. Hours are Monday through Friday, 9 a.m. – 5:30 p.m. It is staffed and operated by Methodist Fremont Health Volunteers. All proceeds from purchases in the gift shop support programs and services provided by Methodist Fremont Health.

Computers for the use of patients and their families are available in the Family Rooms on each floor.

If you have a smartphone or portable tablet or computer, we offer free wireless Internet throughout the hospital.
Cell Phone Precautions
Cell phones are permitted throughout the hospital except in places where electronic monitoring is used.

As a patient of Methodist Fremont Health, you have our commitment to meet your individual nutrition needs. We understand you, and your visitors, may not desire or be able to adhere to a schedule. We are pleased to offer you several unique options for food service.
Café and Dining Options
Room Service
Methodist Fremont Health is pleased to offer “At Your Request” room service dining. Meals are freshly prepared to meet your specific diet needs, at your preferred dining times.
To place an order, please dial 7378 (SERV) anytime between 7:00 a.m. and 7:00 p.m. Outside the hospital, dial

. An operator will take your order and your food will be delivered to your room within 45 minutes.
Dining Sunset Market Café Hours
The Sunset Market Café (cafeteria) is located on the north wing of the first floor.
For your convenience, a credit/debit card machine is available for your food purchases. The Sunset Market Café does not accept personal checks. There is an ATM machine located in the main lobby of the Medical Center for individuals preferring to use cash.
Breakfast
6:30 to 10 a.m.
Includes a variety of hot items and rotating daily specialties.
Lunch
11 a.m. to 2 p.m.
Includes burgers, sandwiches, a large salad bar and rotating daily specials.
Dinner
4:45 to 7 p.m.
Includes burgers, sandwiches, a large salad bar and rotating daily specials.
Vending machines are located on the first floor near the elevators and the outpatient/retail pharmacy.
If you experience any problems while using the vending machines (i.e., incorrect change or product not given), contact the Communications Department by dialing "0" from any phone within the Medical Center.
Social Services personnel are available to assist you with planning for care after you leave the hospital and can provide additional information or services that will promote continued healing.
Spiritual care services staff members are available for visitation, prayer and spiritual encouragement 24 hours a day, seven days a week. To request spiritual care services while inside the hospital, dial 0#. If you need assistance contacting your minister or the community chaplain, please notify your nurse.
Visitation, Prayer and Spiritual Encouragement
To meet the spiritual needs of patients and their families, spiritual care services staff are available at the hospital. Our in-house chaplains honor and affirm all faiths, values and cultures and are available to help patients and families in any way they can.

Chapel
The Methodist Fremont Health Chapel, located in Dunklau Gardens, welcomes patients, families and staff with a stained glass window featuring women and children.
Transportation to and from medical appointments at Methodist Fremont Health may be available through the hospital. For more information, contact the department where you will be receiving services.
Fremont Transit Program
The Fremont Transit Program is a demand-response, door-to-door transit program providing transportation in Fremont. This service is available to the general public, older adults and people with disabilities. All vans are wheelchair accessible. To schedule a ride or for more information, call
