A
World
of Opportunities
Beyond the classroom, we offer extensive academic enrichment opportunities to fuel pupils’ love of learning.
Our wide array of academic Clubs and Activities includes Cryptic Puzzle Solving, Egyptology, Linguistics Club and Brighton Ink, our school magazine. We also have the Sustainability Club, where pupils develop a sense of environmental responsibility.
Pupils can participate in academic competitions such as the Linguistic Olympiad to Young Musician of the Year, F1 in Schools, and the UK Mathematics Challenges, providing opportunities to apply their knowledge in global contexts and test their skills against peers internationally.

Our
Trips
Our pupils embark on enriching termly field trips that bring their academic studies to life, fostering curiosity and deeper connections with the world around them. This term, Year 9 explored Shakespeare’s Macbeth at the Victoria Theatre in preparation for their upcoming study of the play. A visit to the Singapore City Gallery engaged Years 7-9 in sustainable settlement planning, linking to geography and history themes. Year 9 also visited Zookeeper, a renowned vivarium design company, to enhance their biodiversity studies through hands-on experience.
Future trips include an interdisciplinary exploration of species classification and art at the Singapore Zoo for Years 7-8 and a Battlefield Tour at Kranji Memorial for Years 7-9, deepening their understanding of history and heritage.
These experiences enrich learning and inspire our pupils to think critically and creatively about the world.
