In addition to our overnight sleep studies, Methodist offers home sleep testing – a simplified test that allows you to wear a monitor that tracks your breathing and oxygen level while sleeping in the comfort of your home. Our goal is to create a comprehensive treatment plan that restores your overall sense of well-being and improves your quality of life.
