the Fremont Health Foundation is an important source of funding for Methodist Fremont Health.  A non-profit organization founded in 1976, the Fremont Health Foundation provides dollars that are vital for the enhancement and expansion of Methodist Fremont Health.

We help make a difference in the lives of individuals and families every day by providing supplemental support for new technologies, expanding facilities and programs and services that not only enhance and advance patient care but also saves lives.

Philanthropic support is vital to our future helping ensure we can continue to offer the highest quality of care in Fremont and improve the health and wellness of individuals in our communities for generations to come.
Special Events
The Fremont Health Foundation hosts two special events each year. Participation in these events by businesses and members of the community allows the Foundation to carry on its mission.
