Cross Country Updates
The 2025 season will open with practice on Thursday, August 28th.
Practices throughout the season will be Mondays, Tuesdays, Thursdays and Fridays from 3-4:45 pm on campus at IACS. Athletes are only required to attend 2 practices per week but are welcome to attend all 4.
