The City of Longmont has adopted the 2021 International Codes, effective January 1, 2022. Our department enforces these standards to ensure safe and compliant construction practices. Below are links to the relevant codes and ordinances.
The City of Longmont plans to adopt the 2024 International Codes, to be effective July 1st, 2026.
