Our Wellbeing Centre in Luton provides FREE personalised support to help you and your loved ones to live well and remain independent
At our Wellbeing Centre, we’re dedicated to supporting adults with life-limiting conditions. Our goal is to help you live with independence, comfort, and dignity. With a range of specialist therapies and holistic services, our team works closely with you to address your physical, emotional, and psychological needs—all in one supportive space.

Specialist care tailored to your needs
Our Wellbeing Centre offers a range of free services designed to help you manage your symptoms, stay active, and maintain your independence. Each service is personalised, allowing us to create a care plan that fits your unique needs.
Key Services:
Personalised Care: Nursing and medical assessments to develop tailored symptom management plans.
Therapeutic Services: Physiotherapy, occupational therapy, and aquatic therapy in our hydrotherapy pool, as well as art, music, and talking therapies.
Medical Services: Delivered with support of haematologist, in a safe and comfortable environment.
Holistic Support: Complementary therapies, spiritual support, and opportunities to connect with others in similar situations.

Our Wellbeing Centre is equipped with facilities to provide high-quality, specialised care in a comfortable setting. Each of our rooms and treatment areas is designed with accessibility and privacy in mind, ensuring that you feel at ease and supported.
Facilities Include:
Private Rooms for Assessments and Treatments: Dedicated spaces for personalised care.
An adapted Gym and Hydrotherapy Pool: Facilities designed to support a range of physical abilities.
Blood transfusions delivered with support of a haematologist, in a safe and comfortable environment.
Helping you to stay active, engaged and independent
Our Wellbeing Centre offers group programmes focused on improving stamina, movement, and independence. These sessions are led by our rehabilitation team and are designed to meet you where you are, helping you stay as active and engaged as possible.
Wellbeing Groups Include:
Stretch and balance
Crafty gardeners
Walking groups
Circuit training in the gym
